On Sunday, November 29th 2009 at 5-7 PM, a spectacular event will be taking place all over the world. Dave the Raw Food Trucker is hosting an international juice feast day to honor Gabriel Cousens and all he has done for mankind. Please join us, host your own house party, get together with friends, celebrate health. The idea is to drink low glycemic juices or smoothies for as long as you feel you need to. Hello! Dave the Raw Food Trucker asked me to share the news about the upcoming International Juice Feast Day on Sunday. So I am spreading the word and have committed my family – father, sister and son- to join me in sharing the most rawsome juices ever on Sunday. We will be participating from Portland, Oregon – although I will be crossing state lines and driving home to Seattle, Washington during the day. The International Juice Feast will become our one family, two state, all day event!
I will raise my glass with fresh juice and start my juice feast…for how long will be discovered as I pray…whichever way the spirit moves me. Everyone out that have a healthy and happy feast and I will sent my love and well wishes from the Sacramento California area.

I juice feasted for 25 days & felt great. Ever increasing energy, flexibility, ENTHUSIASM to jog & yoga & LIVE more, but got overcome by food cravings!. I’m in New Zealand, South Island, Gorgeous Golden Bay where I met Angela Stokes & Matt Monarch, and have been very inspired by them & all the others “rawsters” that I’ve heard about so far in the raw world. I feel I can live on juices and green smoothies for ever!
At some point I will do a speaking tour in New Zealand and Australia where I’ll be hanging out with the two people who saved my life and are now studying at the naturalpathic school of medicine. Hello Dave,good to see that there is at least another truck driver into juicing.Since Aug.2002 I started juicing amd then rawfood more and more.I have been at the Tre of life 3 times conscious eating,juice fast.My health is much much better.I am from Montreal Que.Canada,I drive a truck also on the U.S. Highway(east).I bring my juice,rawfood etc and I do sprouting in the truck.

Dick and Debbie here in McMinnville, Oregon, on board and really excited about this First International Juice Feast Day on Sunday! We can’t wait! Although we juice religiously every morning (we can’t start the day without our fresh juice!), committing to an entire day of juicing will be great!
We wouldn’t even be at this point except for Dave and Judith Whiting, very good friends of ours, who introduced us to the concept of raw veganism and its amazing health benefits. It has been quite a ride since meeting them only about 1.5 years ago! We spent many an evening talking about food, the state of health individually and in our country and what would be needed to make things change for the better. Since that time, we were introduced to Dave, the raw food trucker, who expanded our thoughts about and knowledge of the concept of raw food and juice feasting. Thus far, I (Debbie) have done a juice feast for one entire week this past summer. This Sunday, I am contemplating making this the beginning of another juice feast for a week or so. We’ll see in what direction this will move my spirit.
We are so thankful to have met and to be friends with Dave and Judith and Dave, the raw food trucker! We feel that our lives have truly been blessed!

I met Dave for the first time last Saturday. We hung out at Chaco Canyon, Wholefoods, and Thrive. He introduced me to so many amazing people I will be forever thankful. He has so much experienced based wisdom you can’t help but be captivated when you hear him speak.

Recently, Dave called me personally to invite me to join you on this day of International Juicing. I am extreamely proud and honored to be a part of something so powerful and special. I used to weigh 447 Lbs. (MY WAKE-UP CALL). I ended up in the hospitol in near death with an acute Pancreantitis. The doctors said I would be insulin dependant for the rest of my life w/Type 2 Diabetes. If i didn’t lose the weight i was sure to die in the near future. I went 100% RAW over a year ago and from Jan 26TH 2008 to Jan 26TH 2009, I released 226 Lbs., Beat the symptoms of Diabetes and am no longer on any medication or Insulin. I used Green Smoothie recipes from Dr. Donato (www.dolphindoctor.org) and Victoria Boutenko (www.rawfamily.com) along w/daily juicing to accomplish this victory! Just 8 month’s after going Raw, I went on a journey with a group of other raw fooders. On Sept 2ND 2008, we climbed Mt. Whitney in California. It is the tallest Mountain in the continental United States at a whopping 14,497ft. I summited in 9 Hours 3 Min. The power of Raw food is amazing! Just Eight month’s prior I was dieing from Diabetes and Obesity, Weighing just over 400Lbs. Barley able to excersize to climbing the tallest mountain in 8 mo. WOW! May I continue to inspire you!
